Since I am in the business of real estate, I have had the opportunity to work with numerous contractors and constructions crews over the years. Some have been good, some not so good but, Bernie from Bernardo's Painting stands high above the rest in his profession. I have never had the privilege of working with someone who has the professionalism and excellent craftsmanship that he has. I can say with absolute confidence that once I worked with him, I will likely never use another painter because I know that he does the absolute best job I could hope for. I know that all I need to do is make a phone call to Bernie with the address of the property and the job will be done quickly, professionally and for a reasonable price. Bernie charges too little if you ask me but, I won't complain because I get a great deal and most importantly, I get piece of mind knowing that job will be done better that expected.

 

To be specific on things that he has done that impressed me, I'll name a few:

 

~ On my townhouse that I own, Bernie had the job done in a couple of days following my phone call and I did not have time to choose colors and make repairs-He took charge and did the whole job top to bottom. It wasn't a paint job, it was an overhaul! He also brought someone in to fix the pole in the back that had been chewed up by a dog. It was like walking into a new townhouse. What a relief that was since a tenant was moving in the following week.

~ At the condo he did for one of my clients - we had 3 estimates and Bernie's was the best, and he got in and out in one day. The other guys were talking about over a week. My client was very happy with the work and Bernie made me look good to my client as well.

~ He made my parents house look brand new and it is over 50 years old.

~ My co-worker Lali had an emergency job that needed to be done right away and the next thing I knew, she told me that Bernie came right out and knocked it out in no time and the work was flawless.
